When you flipped on switch when entering room, no light went on. We think the lightbulb in floor lamp was burnt out. No pillowcases but pillow shams were used. Very strange. Air conditioning was excessively noisy. Desk staff had no personality at all. Did not make us feel welcomed at all when we checked in. We did not...

“We were incredibly disappointed in this hotel. We stayed in a king suite with a pull out bed, and our 2 daughters slept on that, which was horribly uncomfortable. They only provided one tiny pillow and thin blanket for that bed, and when I asked for additional pillows, the manager would not give me anymore. She told me only one pillow and blanket allowed per pull out bed, which was the dumbest thing I ever heard. The customer service is definitely lacking at this hotel. I know it's not a luxury...
